Padi Advanced Open Water Diver Course

So What’s it all about?

To complete your Padi Advanced Open Water Diver Course you need to complete 5 Padi adventure dives.

The beauty of this course is that it advances your skill set as a Padi Open Water Diver, giving you the knowledge and skills to go that little bit deeper anywhere in the world, 30M max.

What’s involved?

The Deep and Navigation dives are mandatory then you can choose another 3 from the following list: Fish Identification, Enriched Air (Nitrox), Boat Diving, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Digital Imaging, Search & Recovery, AWARE Shark Conservation, Dive Against Debris, Wreck Diving .and. a few more if conditions allow.  Our price is based on shore diving adventure dives.  Additional fees will apply if we require the boat to complete part of the adventure dives or hire additional equipment such as torches or computers, cameras etc.

The Prerequisites

• The minimum age to begin the Advanced Course is 12 years old and you must be at least an Open Water or Junior Open Water diver.
• The course takes 2 days to complete, plus some independent study which can be conducted through our E-Learning programme..To complete your Advanced Open Water Course you need to complete 5 adventure dives. If you don’t have two days to spare to complete the Advanced Open Water Course you could complete 3 of the adventure dives listed above in just one day and get certified as a PADI Adventure Diver.

Fitness for Diving:

• to make sure you are Medically fit to take part in the Advanced Open Water Diver Course you will need to complete a Medical Statement. Should you answer YES to any question, you will need to seek medical clearance from your GP before we can take you diving.
• Upon completion of the course you will receive a certification to dive anywhere in the world to a maximum depth of 30m.
