Diving Adventures Scotland – Latest News.Padi Deep Diver, Navigation, Advanced Open Water, Latest News

October almost over and a fantastic month to get out diving.  The scenery on the West Coast is fantastic at this time of year with the autumnal colours in full bloom.  Under water is still full of life just now and pretty good visability was had yesterday whilst out training.  It was an unusual day in that the Army were at the dive site running a waterman ship course for the soldiers, a busy dive site.  We shared our plans for the day and had a fantastic days training completing Padi Deep Diver, Navigation, Advanced Open Water, Latest News .

We welcomed Stuart Moffat who had recently completed his Padi Open Water course whilst on holiday in the Philippines.  Stuart wants to continue his training in Scotland and naturally choose Diving Adventures Scotland.  So having never dived in a Dry Suit, Stuart booked on our Dry Suit Course and is now a qualified Dry Suit Diver.  A huge difference from the tropical waters of the Philippines, however, Stuart was amazed at the diversity of our underwater marine life and completed the course hungry for more.  Stuart will be continuing on to Advanced Open Water next month.  A huge congratulations Stuart your adventure is just beginning, Ian said to me you were a natural and a fabulous student.

We also welcomed back Mo Cairns yesterday.  Mo has been absolutely outstanding during the four dives to complete the Padi Deep Diver course.  The course was run over two weekends with Mo successfully earning the Deep Diver Qualification yesterday.  Your new qualification opens up a host of new dive sites for you Mo, go explore and enjoy the depths.  We will also be welcoming Mo back next month to complete Navigation Speciality.  Next month will see us running more courses so jump on board and complete your Advanced Open Water and/or Navigation with us.

We also welcomed our little mascot Mia who will be joining us in the not to distant future to complete Jnr Open Water.

As always, plan the dive and dive the plan.  Have a great time out diving and remember to stay safe.
